Ningbo Yinzhou Donggang Gear Manufacturing Factory is located in Zhoujia Industrial Zone, Zeyang Temple, Hengxi Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province (next to the 92587 Army Automobile Camp). It is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of high-precision gears.

Our factory has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and has independent import and export rights. The products of the factory are mainly divided into: CBG series Liugong and Xiagong gear supporting factories; The CBY and CBF series aluminum pump gears produced are the best-selling among domestic gear pump manufacturers; The KP series gears produced are mainly used in the Southeast Asian market. The power output shaft gear series is produced by series such as 02T, 03T, 06T, 15T, and can be interchanged with CHELSE and MUNCIE companies in the United States. The blade pump shaft and plunger shaft series produced by the V20 series, V30 series, V3 5 series, and V45 series can be converted into shafts from REXROTH, VICKERS, and DENISON companies. The factory also produces gears for hydraulic stackers, electric vehicles, servo motor shafts, logging machinery, and robots. You can also customize various straight teeth, spiral teeth, spiral teeth, etc. According to user needs.

We are well aware that the quality of high-quality products depends on accurate testing instruments for evaluation. Donggang Company continuously introduces advanced production equipment and purchases advanced testing equipment both domestically and internationally. At present, our factory has several grinding machines produced by Qinchuan Machine Tool, including YK7232, YE7232 CNC worm wheel grinding machines, YK7163 CNC end face grinding machines, YKS7336 CNC forming grinding machines, and Swiss REISHAUER CNC worm wheel grinding machines. The factory also has dozens of CNC gear forming machines from Yichang Changji, 31803120 CNC gear hobbing machines from Chongqing Machine Tool, CNC end face cylindrical grinding and cylindrical grinding, internal cylindrical grinding, and CNC lathes on machine tools. We have a 3204B gear tester, more than ten Swiss roughness testers, projectors, hardness testers, and a set of CNC heat treatment multi-purpose furnaces produced in Taiwan.
